Here we have a 6 inch Nakiri/vegetable cleaver
Made out of 1.2419 high carbon steel heat treated to 63-64 Rockwell hardness.
The handle material is made out of stabilised and dyed spalted tamarind.
These knives sharpen very easily and maintain that edge for a long time all my knives are hand sharpened on Japanese natural Waterstones for the sharpest edge you can get.
These are very thin high performance knives extremely versatile for vegetables or meat.
All my knives come with lifetime sharpening all you have to do is cover postage.
