Description
Hand made 6″ filet knife. Great for panfish, trout, birds, and game cutting Blade is made from a recycled piece of woodcutting bandsaw blade (high carbon tool steel). Holds a razor sharp edge for a long time. A simple honing or leather stropping will maintain the edge. Light oil on the blade will prevent rust.
The Birdseye maple handle makes this a truly beautiful knife. Something that with proper care will last a lifetime and be a treasured family heirloom.
