Description

Each of our knives are completely unique and handcrafted. We only create around 8 of these beautiful knives per month.
I use locally sourced and reclaimed renewable hardwoods to create unique handmade handles for our kitchen knives.

The knife comes in a fantastic presentation box, ready for gifting or equally good to keep the knife safe.

The blade measures approximately 9″ or 23 cms. Total length of the knife with handle is 15.1″ or 38.5 cms. It weighs approximately 7.4 oz or 211 grs.

This is a very sharp VG10 steel bread knife with a beautiful Hammered Damascus pattern of 67 layers.

The knife comes in a fantastic presentation box, ready for gifting or equally good to keep the knife safe.

We have used stabilized Olive root wood to produce a hand shaped custom handle for this beautiful knife. It has the natural beauty of the knotted Olive wood and the swirls of blue together with the multicolored iridescent resin running through the handle and it is tipped with a steel end cap.

VG10 steel is hard and retains a sharp edge for a very long time.

The hard wood used in this knife are local to us here in Valencia, Spain and have a charm and nature of their own. Once they have been through our stabilizing process using special resins and vacuum, after a heat treatment make for a very good material for our kitchen knives.
